How it works
Our approach is simple but highly effective.
We acquire carefully selected freehold properties in locations where there is genuine demand from local social housing providers. Each property is refurbished to a high standard before being leased on a long-term basis (typically a minimum of three years) to an established social housing provider.
Unlike traditional buy-to-let investments, investors are not responsible for sourcing tenants, managing lettings or dealing with day-to-day maintenance. The social housing provider takes responsibility for these aspects, creating a genuinely hands-off investment experience.
